Reservations

** Ardent will be on a winter hiatus, beginning January 21, 2024, and planning to reopen in May of 2024. Please follow us on social media @ardentmke and sign up for our newsletter for updates on special events. Please reach out to info@ardentmke.com for private event inquiries.

Our Bar and Lounge area is always open to walk-ins. Limited reservations will be available on Tock. The Bar and Lounge is open Tuesday-Saturday, 5pm-10pm.

Reservations are required for the Tasting Room. Dine in our modern, intimate space and enjoy a 10-course menu developed by Chef Justin Carlisle and the Ardent chefs. Curated beverage pairings are also available. The dinner menu is $150 per guest, and the optional beverage pairing is $125 per guest. 

The Tasting Room offers one dinner seating (6pm), Wednesday, Thursday and two seatings (5:30pm & 8:00pm) on Friday and Saturday (beginning December 2023). Bookings are open now on Tock.

**Cancellations to your reservation can be refunded if cancelled at least 7 days before the event. You can always transfer your reservation to another person.

If you would like to add your name to a call-list for dates outside of the bookable date range, please send an email to info@ardentmke.com with your name, guest count, and contact information. This does not guarantee a reservation, but rather puts you on a list to be contacted when reservations are released for those dates.
