Ardent serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday with two seatings offered between 6:00-6:45 and 8:00-8:45.
In addition to the al a carte menu Ardent offers an Eight Course Chef’s Tasting menu every evening. The Tasting Menu changes nightly and will always include dishes from our al a carte menu as well specials that have been created just for the tasting menu experience. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions in your reservation notes when making your reservation.
Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance. Some reservations made through the website are for seats at the chef’s counter. If you have a strong preference for table seating, please contact us prior to booking to ensure we are able to accommodate your request.
