Ardent serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday with two seatings offered between 6:00-6:45 and 8:00-8:45.

In addition to the al a carte menu Ardent offers an Eight Course Chef’s Tasting menu every evening. The Tasting Menu changes nightly and will always include dishes from our al a carte menu as well specials that have been created just for the tasting menu experience. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions in your reservation notes when making your reservation.

Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance.  A credit card is required to hold the reservation; cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $30 per person. Please contact us for parties of 5 or more at (414)897-7022

Holiday Hours and Menus:
Ardent will be closed on Nov. 27th, Dec. 24th and 25th, and Jan. 1.
We are offering two seatings on New Year’s Eve at 6:00pm and 9:00pm. Please note that we will only be offering an eight course tasting menu that evening.
